Turbine Hammer

This was a piece I did for The Gnomon Workshop Art Challenge for May. The theme was Mighty Weapon. This is a high powered weapon of destruction, boosted by a turbine jet. AS the wielder swings this hammer, the top grip slides down, focusing the jet blast and creating more acceleration until the target is hit. That's where the shock absorbing piston and spring help prevent shock to the wielder.
